- Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of their ads.
- The Platform reserves the right to refuse or remove advertisements at its sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jagodana LLC and developertemplates.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or affiliate commissions.
- Technical issues affecting performance or accessibility.
- Unauthorized use or misuse of Platform services.
6 termination6. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, Users must cease all activities related to developertemplates.com, and any pending advertisements or listings may be removed without notice.
7 governing law7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States.
